What to know before converting
Men's and women's. On Nike's charts a US women's size is the US men's size plus 1.5 (men's 9 is women's 10.5)1.
Width. Nike's wide shoes have about 1/4 inch more girth in the toe box than regular, and extra wide about 1/2 inch1.
Between sizes. Nike suggests sizing up, and notes that the CM size printed on a shoe box is not the same as your foot length in centimeters1.
Conversions are approximate. Zappos says its chart is a guide, that the size you need can vary from one style to another even from the same manufacturer, and that you should measure standing, in the socks you will wear3.
Socks. lululemon sizes socks by shoe size: women's M fits US women's shoe sizes 6.5 to 8.5, men's L fits US men's 9.5 to 124.

Width
